One aspect of sports is ethics, necessary to be paid attention. Clubs as a sports institution can proceed to institutionalize ethics in athletes. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify functions of sports clubs to institutionalize ethics in athletes. The research method was qualitative from the type of exploratory one and from the perspective of aim, it was applicable and in terms of method was field research. The statistical population included insightful and informed experts in the field of ethics and ethics in sports. Samples were chosen through purposive and available sampling and snowball method. In this study, 11 samples were interviewed to reach theoretical saturation point. Instrument to collect data was depth interview, whose validity was examined based on accuracy in topic selection, designing, conduct and typing interviews, accurate transcription of interviews, incorporation of questions in interview in a logical order and accuracy in reports preparation. Its reliability was evaluated through retest method, and the reliability coefficient of the interviews was calculated 0/77. To analyze the data, codification was done through MAXQDA10 software. The results indicates totally 26 functions (12 regulative, 8 normative, 6 cognitive functions) of clubs to institutionalize ethics in athletes; So, by cognition, planning and creating some mechanisms for operating regulative, normative and cognitive functions in the sport clubs, the process of institutionalization of ethics in athletes could be facilitated and the ethics of sports clubs could be seen.

Improving participation in voluntary activities in Iran is important because increasing productivity among young people, given the country's young population, contributes to community sustainability. Therefore, a better understanding of volunteer motivation in Iranian youth is needed. The Volunteer Functions Inventory (VFI) for assessing volunteer motivations has good psychometric properties and is adapted to several languages, but no validated Iranian translation yet exists. The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychometric Characteristics of voluntary functions inventory in members of Iranian Red Crescent Society. Sample size was 595 members of Youth Organization of Iranian Red Crescent Society from 31 provinces and 175 cities of Iran that were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method and responded to voluntary functions inventory. Data were collected using a demographic sample and voluntary functions inventory (VFI). Confirmatory factor analysis using principal components method was used for data analysis. The results of the present study showed that the voluntary functions inventory had validity and reliability. Also, the factor structure showed that 29 items and 6 factors well assess people's attitudes to volunteering, and the structure of this inventory was well-fitted and confirmed all goodness of fit models. The present study provides the use of the Iranian translation of the Voluntary Functions Inventory (6 scales and 29 items) to assess volunteer motivation among young Iranian volunteers.

In this paper, an alternative approach in operational modal analysis is presented, utilizing image processing technique and transmissibility functions. Imaging sensors do not impose additional mass on the structure due to their non-contact nature, while transmissibility functions, independent of excitation type, can directly extract mode shapes. The innovation of this research lies in combining these two techniques to record dynamic responses and identify modal properties. To capture the temporal response history from video signals, the block-matching method with sub-pixel accuracy was employed. Validation was conducted by recording the response of the tip of a cantilevered steel beam subjected to impact excitation, using a high-speed camera and a laser vibrometer, simultaneously. The RMSE plots in the time domain and the PSD in the frequency domain indicate high accuracy of this method. Using this approach, the displacement time histories of various points on the structure were extracted from the video signals, and the modal properties, including natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes, were identified using the transmissibility matrix method. The results obtained from the proposed method were compared with the stochastic subspace identification (SSI) method and analytical solutions. The findings reveal the accuracy of the modal identification approach introduced in this article. The highest relative error in estimating the natural frequencies of the first and second modes, compared to the values from the laser method, are 0.19% and 0.13%, respectively, and in comparison to the analytical values, they are 0.34% and 1.5%, respectively.

In Kant's view the pure ideas of reason possesses two different functions. One of them is the impropet function of ideas that Kant calls it transcendent function when we consider an external extension for our ideas in the case of which ideas plays a regulative role. The other function is that of the proper one that Kant calls it the immanent function of ideas when ideas merely is directed towards the pure concepts of understanding and their functions in which case the role of ideas would be regulative; namely to explain the unity and consistency of knowledge stemmed from understanding. This article is an attempt to make a critical study of Kant's view concerning the role of ideas and pure principles of reason.

No doubt, one of the most significant philosophical systems in the west which is said to be a turning point in developing the western thought is that of the distinguished German philosopher, Immanuel Kant (1724-1804). In the first section of "the Critique of Pure Reason", Kant is concerned with the three human faculties: sensation, understanding, and, reason. In Transcendental Dialectic which is considered to be the most important part of his "Critique", Kant seeks to study reason, ideas and their relation with sensation and understanding. According to Kant, reason may have two distinct functions: logical and pure (transcendental) functions. Reason is of certain principles through which rules of understanding can be united. These principles are what we call apriori universal knowledge which are derived from the concepts of pure reason. Reason, for Kant, has another function according to which it is of a fundamental principle, a transcendental principle. This fundamental principle is based on the proposition that the chain of logical premises to which reason gain access, is of unconditioned or Absolute, reason arrives at concepts (ideas) which has no exemplifications in our experience. These concepts are what Kant calls the "ideas of pure reason". These pure ideas or concepts have positive functions which are regulative and have some negative functions which are constitutive. These two functions are explained in detail throughout the article.

Nowadays, with the growth and development of the cyberspace, its influence and importance rise increasingly. However, there have been always two important concerns among the majority of policy makers. First, how opportunities exist in this area can be used in the best way? Second, how we can cope with threats might be existing in it effectively? cyberspace has two dimensions of content and hardware, which its content dimension is the most important. With the introduction regulatory policies, we provide a comprehensive guide map for the regulating the content of the cyberspace of our country in this paper. The method used in this research is conceptual framework that provided by Jabarin. Finally, three coherent and distinct conceptual frameworks in parts of objectives, tools, and areas of regulating were provided. By understanding how to use three integrated conceptual frameworks provided, the way will be paved to effective regulation in content of cyberspace.

Purepose The concept of school engagement is one of concepts used by various researchers in the area education and training. Researches has shown emotional self-regulation and behavioral procrastination are related to the components of school engagement. So, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of emotional self-regulative, and behavioral procrastination in anticipation of students" school engagement. Way The research was descriptive, correlational type. The population consisted of all highschool students in Javanrood in 2017, By cluster random sampling a sample size of 306 persons were selected. For data collection, emotional self-regulation, behavioral procrastination and school engagement questionnaires were used. The findings were done using spss20 using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression analysis in stepwise method. Results The results showed that there is positive relationship between emotional self-regulation and school engagement and the negative relationship between behavioral procrastination and school engagement. The correlation coefficient of the variable emotional self-regulation with school engagement is 0. 48, Also, the correlation coefficient of Behavioral procrastination with school engagement is-0. 36. Other results showed that emotional self-regulation and behavioral procrastination can predict school engagement. Conclusion Thus, improving emotional self-regulation and reducing behavioral procrastination may be associated with increased student school engagement.
